2. Principle
We process personal data exclusively within the scope of statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act. Our website can generally be used without providing personal data.
3. Visiting our website (server log files)
When you visit our website, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred and browser and operating system information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us using the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a treatment contract is being prepared.
You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time by emailing info@dr-haubert.de. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Job applications
Data you submit with a speculative application is processed solely to carry out the application procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, § 26 BDSG). If no employment relationship results, we delete the documents no later than six months after the procedure ends, unless you have consented to longer storage.
6. Treatment data
We process our patients' health data for treatment and billing on the basis of Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR together with § 22 BDSG and professional regulations. Statutory retention periods apply, in particular ten years under § 630f German Civil Code.
7. Online medical history form
For the registration and medical history form we link to a service provided by our service partner. When you follow that link you leave our website and the provider's privacy notice applies.
8. Processors and hosting
We use service providers to operate the website and store form enquiries, with data processing agreements in place under Art. 28 GDPR. Processing generally takes place within the European Union.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony.

This website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
